Nicotine pouches have become one of the most-asked-about products at our McMurray shop, especially since Pennsylvania's vape directory took most disposables off the shelves. If you've never tried them, here's what to know before you buy.

What is a nicotine pouch?

A nicotine pouch is a small, white pouch filled with plant fiber, flavoring and nicotine. There's no tobacco leaf, no smoke and no vapor. You tuck it between your upper lip and gum, and it releases nicotine and flavor over time. When you're done, you throw it away. No spitting needed.

How to use one

  • Place one pouch between your gum and upper lip.

  • Expect a tingle at first. That's normal.

  • Leave it in for as long as you're comfortable, often up to about 30 to 60 minutes, then throw it out in the trash.

  • Start with one pouch at a time and a lower strength if you're new.

Picking a strength

Pouches come in different nicotine strengths, listed in milligrams per pouch. If you're coming from a low-nicotine vape, start low. If you're used to stronger products, ask us which strength lines up best. Our staff can walk you through every option on the shelf.

Brands we carry

  • Juice Head pouches, in five flavors.

  • BSX pouches, in two flavors.

  • Pouch Nurdz by Cloud Nurdz, in two flavors.

Stock and flavors change, so call ahead at 724-260-0828 if you're looking for something specific. You can also see the current lineup on our Nixodine & Pouches page.

Pouches vs. vapes

Pouches are a different experience. There's no device to charge, no coils to replace and nothing to inhale. Some customers use both. Others switch fully. Either way, we're happy to talk it through.
