We will gladly exchange your product within 7 days of the original purchase date if it is malfunctioning due to manufacturing imperfection. Any cosmetic issues, scratches in paint, crooked display, rattling or sticky buttons, threading damage cuased by over-tightening, crooked 510 connection atomizer not sitting flush, or discoloration are not considered manufacturing imperfection and are deemed the result of normal wear and tear..i.e. 'user error.' If the device was functioning properly when you left the store with it, something had to happen to it between then and when you brought it back in not functioning to cause it to do so, and that happened while the unit was in your possession. Items that show signs of damage from improper use, neglect, or abuse may not be returned under any circumstances. You may also return products within 7 days if you simply do not like them and there is nothing functionally wrong with them, however a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your return credit. Hardware items that can not be returned at all if used include: atomizers/coils, clearomizers, drip tips, wick, wire, RDA's, mod batteries. THERE ARE NO RETURNS PERIOD ON E-JUICE/E-LIQUIDS for safety and hygiene reasons. A juice may be exchanged with no restocking fee within the 7 day period if unopened and sealed.
